What kind of fragrance do you use in your candles?

Our mission is to create planet-friendly all the while bringing Sukoon to the environment and a prosperous future. Therefore, we use high-quality, “therapeutic essential oils” that are specifically made for mental clarity and stress relief. All other oil blends are free of phthalates, parabens, and petroleum and are compliant with Australian Consumer Law guidelines and are aligned with the IFRA standards.

What size candle do I need for my space?

Our candle jars come in two sizes. They work effectively on conference/dining/coffee tables, living/work/study spaces, kitchens, bedrooms and bathrooms. Large rooms/spaces with high ceilings or open floor plans may need multiple candles for a more impactful permeation. You can have multiple candles of the same scent, or mix and match them for a unique blend.

How are your candles unique?

We are only using high quality and eco-friendly materials throughout the candle making lifecycle. This is costing us more than an average candle. Despite the delicate and costly nature of our candle making, we have priced them very reasonably so that they can be a part of every home/ living space. We are offering carbon neutrality, stress relief and clean burn at an affordable price making them exclusive and inclusive for everyone!

Why is there a crack on the surface of my candle?

Beeswax candles are the healthiest candle choice for your space. If you notice a crack around the middle of your candle top, it does not mean your candle is faulty — do not despair! This is not a flaw but rather a common feature of a beeswax candle. As beeswax shrinks when cooled, sometimes it will form a crack as wax pool hardens. Once candle is lit, the crack will fill in to an even surface.

Can your containers be reused?

Absolutely! When approximately 1/4 inch of wax left, stop using the candle. Use caution and care when removing the remaining wax, wicks and any labeling. We suggest to scrape out the wax and wick/wick stickers with a utensil (never put wax down the drain or garbage disposal). Let the container sit in hot soapy water until wax has softened. Now sponge wash, rinse and dry with dish towel/paper towel.

What does your natural skincare entail?

Carbon clear candles provides natural skin care products made in Australia. Our premium skincare are formulated with your skin's health in mind with purest ingredients. We do not use any preservatives in our products. Non-toxic and eco-friendly. Nourish your skin with our therapeutic grade products. 

Please be advised, our lip gloss have a grainy texture appearing as white beads. This does not affect the quality of the lip gloss, as they melt/disappear quickly once in contact with the skin. We continue to produce preservative-free products that are safe and natural. All products are made fresh to order allowing maximum usage. **If you prefer products with preservatives and additives, please do not purchase our collection.

By purchasing our products you recognize and accept the fact that some natural ingredients, essential oils in particular, may still cause sensitivity in susceptible individuals and that Carbon Clear Candles will not be held responsible for such occurrences.

When will I receive my order?

Once, your payment is successfully processed, it may take upto 3 business days to ship from our warehouse.

• Standard shipping to Australia timings are 3-6 business days.
• Express shipping to Australia is 2-4 business days.

Please allow for extended shipment times due to current Covid-19 impacts, you may experience some delays.

Can I return my order?

Unfortunately at this stage we cannot accept return or refund for a change of mind. However, if there is a manufacturing fault, damaged product or as covered under the Australian Consumer Law, please contact us and our team will do their best to help you.
